Before: Our latest kitchen project presented a wide range of challenges. The kitchen consisted of two joined rooms, one as built originally and the other a flat roofed extension. Ceiling and floor levels were different with an awkward slope to the rear. The client had chosen a very high specification kitchen with multiple appliances as they enjoyed cooking and entertaining friends.
After: The original kitchen was completely stripped out to reveal a number of issues that had to be addressed before the new installation could commence. Electrical wiring was not up to current standards and had insufficient capacity to cope with demand. Pipe work had to be completely changed and upgraded to cope with the new layout and long waste water runs. Lighting was upgraded and the radiator changed.
Functionally and aesthetically the kitchen is a triumph. The client is delighted with the image created and the quality of workmanship employed in the installation.
