We removed the entire contents of the existing bathroom and installed a stud wall to create a division between what were to become the two new rooms.
The two new rooms are a shower room and a separate w.c. in a clean, fresh, modern design which is exactly to the specification of the owner.
As part of the project we installed a new electrical installation giving power to inset spotlights, shaving mirror, extractor fan and a shower pump contained in a steam cubicle. We also installed heated towel rails which contributed greatly to the efficient use of space. A further element of that efficient use of space was to ensure that all pipe work was fully hidden.
