Before: Our client was unhappy that the previous owners of this "buy to let" house had removed the bath and had DIY installed a poor quality shower cubicle. The WC was in an unconventional location and unattractive wooden boxing was used to cover pipe runs. The painted wooden floor was uneven and difficult to clean.
For rental purposes this bathroom put off many tenants from signing a lease. The client did not, however, have unlimited funds to install a new bathroom. So with careful selection of materials and logical planning Marcin & Co was able to create a functional, easy to clean and reliable bathroom.
