Bathroom Installation - Gallery 10
Before:
An old fashioned bathroom, tight for space which fails to meet the clients needs for a separate bath and shower cubicle. Under investigation we found that an adjacent airing cupboard had become redundant after a "combination boiler" had been installed and done away with the hot water tank. Marcin & Co's suggestion was to merge the airing cupboard with the bathroom to create enough floor area for both bath and shower cubicle.

After:
All plumbing was fully reworked to make it invisible. This we often do: rather than have pipes visible we either re-route them through walls or under floors or over ceilings. In this way a much better visual effect is created. Serviceability is not compromised as water cut-off valves are placed strategically to facilitate the fitting of replacement washers etc.

Often we are asked to "skim" a ceiling which might be cracked or in poor condition. This rarely leads to a "perfect" finish. In this example you can see how we remove the old and replace with new for a similar cost but much better result. Again, a new lighting scheme sets of the high quality vitreous ware.
